NB: All returns must always be sent back including a return form. Click here for the return form. Please note that the return shipping costs are for the customer.

HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?

• Send us an email (info@lillyrose.nl) with your name, order number, the product you want to return and the reason why you want to return this product. You will receive the address to which you can send your return shipment.
• Click here to download and complete the return form for your return. Always send this form with your return shipment so that we can handle your return correctly.
• When we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.

RETURN TERMS

• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Item(s) must be unworn.
• Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Sale products cannot be returned.
• We do not reimburse the return shipping costs. So keep in mind that the shipping costs of the return are for the customer.
