Mailbox package with track & trace code
From the moment the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the DHL website with your track & trace code. Here you can see the current status of your order. You pay €3.95 for this shipping option.
Parcel with track & trace code
We always ship our larger orders (applicable when you buy one of our bags) via this option. From the moment the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the DHL website with your track & trace code. Here you can see the current status of your order. You pay €4.95 for this shipping option.
Have you ordered something but is the product not to your liking? Then you can exchange the product if it is in stock. When we have received the returned product, we will send you the product in the desired size as soon as possible. Is the product out of stock? Then we will refund the money to your account.
At lillyrose you have the option to exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Send us an email (email@example.com) with your name, order number, the product you want to return and the reason why you want to exchange/return this product. You will receive an e-mail as soon as possible stating the return address. When we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days. Lillyrose reserves the right to refuse returned products when they are no longer in their original condition. If this is the case, we will send the rejected products back to you.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Sale products cannot be returned.
- We do not reimburse the return shipping costs, unless it concerns a product that is defective.
- We are not responsible for return products that go missing.
