Returns and warranty
NB: All returns must always be sent back including a return form. Click here for the return form. Please note that the return shipping costs of the return/exchange are for the customer.
At lillyrose you have the option to exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt.
- Send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your name, order number, the product you want to return and the reason why you want to exchange/return this product. You will receive the address to which you can send your return shipment.
- Click here to download and complete the return form for your return shipment. Always send this form with your return shipment so that we can handle your return correctly.
- When we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Item(s) must be unworn.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Sale products cannot be returned.
- We do not reimburse the return shipping costs. So keep in mind that the shipping costs of the return are for the customer.
Lillyrose has a warranty period of 1 month after receipt of the item. We only accept returns with a valid proof of purchase. The start date of this warranty period is the date stated on the proof of purchase.
Our jewelry should be treated with care and love. Our guarantee does not apply in the following situations: Abuse and negligence, natural wear and tear, stains, complaints caused by misuse of the jewelry.
